PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT MORE PICTURES, THANKS. I recently acquired a huge lot of 53 Series Detroit Diesel parts and accessories, mostly 53 stuff, a few 71 parts. Most of this is new, old stock. There are a few things that are used, but in good condition. There is some Genuine Detroit parts, some is Interstate-McBee as well. Theres a bunch of castings included as well, oil pan, oil coolers, valve covers. There is no Jake Brake stuff in this listing, nor do I have any. I bought this from a great guy who closed up shop and instead of seeing this stuff get thrown out, I stepped up and saved it. I’d like to see this go to someone who appreciates the old 2 stroke Detroits. I’ve started to catalogue everything i have and there is roughly 30k (on the low side of retail) or more, most likely more because I didnt catalogue everything. I’ve compared proces to other sites like Diesel Parts Pro and PCI. It would most likely be 2 pallets and each at several hundred pounds. I would consider a straight up trade for a 100% complete kit of 6V53 Series Jakes in great condition valve covers, bridges, bolts, everything.
